After the Pilates workout, relax and refresh with a complimentary drink from Nest Kiosk. This is a wonderful opportunity to socialise, meet new friends, and celebrate Youth Week 2026 in a supportive and welcoming environment.
No prior Pilates experience is needed. Just bring a mat or towel, wear comfortable clothes, and don’t forget your water bottle to stay hydrated.
