What to Expect
Experience the calming and restorative practice of Tai Chi guided by Qigong Master Simon Blow. These beginner-friendly classes focus on gentle stretching, mindful movements, and meditation to improve posture, coordination, and relaxation. Whether you attend in person or online, you'll learn simple flowing exercises that harmonize mind, body, and breath.
Classes include Ba Duan Jin, the Eight Pieces of Brocade, which are eight gentle exercises performed repeatedly to stretch muscles and stimulate energy pathways. You'll also practice Taiji Qigong Shibashi, a set of eighteen flowing movements designed to promote harmony and wellbeing.
This course is perfect for parents looking to introduce their families to a holistic form of exercise that supports physical and emotional health in a welcoming environment.
