What to Expect
Experience the calming and restorative power of Tai Chi in this intermediate course designed for continuing students. Led by Qigong Master Simon Blow, you will explore the Chinese meridians and traditional medicine principles through gentle, flowing movements. This class promotes good posture, coordination, meditation, and relaxation, making it ideal for parents seeking a mindful activity.
Each session combines Daoist cultivation techniques taught at Wudang Mountain, including the Wudang Longevity Qigong and Ba Duan Jin sequences, which stimulate different organs and meridians. Whether attending in person or online, you will be guided through exercises that enhance physical healing and emotional wellbeing.
This course is perfect for those looking to deepen their Tai Chi practice and embrace a holistic approach to health, with movements tailored to support the spleen, lungs, kidneys, liver, and heart.
