Join Access Health and Community for an engaging 60-minute interactive session focused on mental health and wellbeing. This event aims to foster a supportive and connected community, especially for those from multicultural backgrounds.
You will learn about common challenges faced when seeking help, understand what mental health truly means, and gain insight into your rights and responsibilities when using health services.
The session also covers privacy and confidentiality, plus practical ways to access free support without needing a GP referral, making it easier for you and your family to get help when needed.
This event is part of Neighbourhood House Week and is designed to build confidence in reaching out for support. It is community-run and free to attend.
