Engage your teen in a creative and skill-building experience with our Teen Jewellery Making Workshop. Designed for young people aged 13 to 17, this workshop offers a unique opportunity to explore the art of metalsmithing in a supportive and inspiring environment.
Participants will learn traditional silversmithing techniques including hand sawing, soldering, and metal texturing. Guided by expert silversmith Jemica Ostrofski, teens will craft their own small metal pieces such as necklaces, key chains, or rings. The workshop encourages creativity while building confidence in using tools and materials safely.
This three-hour workshop runs from 13:00 to 16:00 and requires participants to wear closed-in shoes, long sleeves, and long pants for safety. A water bottle is recommended to stay hydrated. The session is limited in size to ensure personalized assistance and direction, making it ideal for teens eager to develop new skills in jewellery making.
