This workshop offers a fantastic opportunity for young people to learn simple stitches that can add a personal touch to clothes, bags, or any fabric item. All materials are provided, so participants can focus on having fun and expressing their creativity.
Whether your child is a beginner or has some experience, this session will inspire them to experiment with colors and patterns while developing a useful skill. It’s a perfect way to spend a school holiday afternoon, making something unique and memorable.

The stitching workshop runs for one hour, from 14:00 to 15:00, on Thursday, 9 July 2026. It is part of the Winter School Holiday Program, providing a creative outlet during the school break.
Participants will learn basic stitching techniques to decorate and personalize fabric items. The session includes all necessary materials, so there is no need to bring anything.
Please ensure to book a ticket for each child attending, as places are limited. Arriving more than 10 minutes late may result in not being admitted, so punctuality is important.
The event takes place at Greythorn Library Lounge, located at 2 Centre Way, Balwyn North VIC 3104. The library is easily accessible by public transport and has parking options nearby.
The venue is welcoming and safe, providing a comfortable space for young people to engage in creative activities. Parents are encouraged to drop off and pick up their children promptly.

Tickets become available from Monday, 15 June 2026, at 10:00 AM. Early registration is recommended due to limited spots.
If your child is unable to attend after booking, please cancel the ticket to allow others the chance to participate.
This workshop is designed for children aged 12 years and older. Please book individually for each participant to ensure adequate materials and space.
Late arrivals beyond 10 minutes cannot be guaranteed entry, so please plan accordingly.
