The Big Whale Build is led by artists Susie Rugg and George Buchanan, who specialize in transforming discarded materials into art. Susie brings years of experience in creating inclusive workshops for children and families, while George focuses on sustainability and won the 2021 'Making it Australia' Master Maker title.
This activity is designed to be relaxed and engaging, allowing participants to explore artistic techniques while contributing to a larger community artwork. It’s a fantastic opportunity for parents and children to bond over creativity and environmental awareness.
