Visitors will explore over 30 original hand tools used in saddle making, gaining insight into the meticulous hand-stitching and manufacturing processes. A documentary-style film shares personal stories from master saddler Bob Edwards and the family-owned Toowoomba Saddlery, bringing the craft's legacy to life.
The exhibition runs daily from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM between June 6 and September 13, 2026. It is suitable for parents and school-aged children interested in history, craftsmanship, and cultural heritage. The event is free with museum admission, and residents of the Toowoomba Region enjoy free entry.
