Tuning In to Kids/ Teens

Other

Emotionally intelligent parenting programs for children aged 3-15 years, helping parents connect and support their child's emotional development.

What to Expect

Discover how to nurture your child's emotional intelligence with the Tuning In programs, designed for parents of children aged 3 to 15 years. These sessions focus on building stronger connections, understanding emotions, and managing behaviour challenges effectively. Emotional intelligence is key to your child's success in friendships, school, and overall wellbeing.

The program is split into two age groups: Tuning in to Kids for ages 3-9, and Tuning in to Teens for ages 10-15. Each offers tailored strategies to help your child develop resilience, problem-solving skills, and healthy relationships.

By attending, you'll gain practical tools to support your child's emotional growth and create a calmer, more connected family environment.

Activity Details

The program runs over six weekly sessions, each lasting two hours. Sessions cover topics such as managing emotions, preventing behaviour problems, and conflict resolution. It is important to attend all sessions to get the full benefit.
