The experience runs from Thursday 3 September to Sunday 13 September 2026, open weekdays from 10:00 to 18:00 and weekends from 10:00 to 16:00. Visitors can participate in complimentary creative workshops including flowerpot decorating, gardening, charm making, and children’s pinwheel crafting. These workshops require booking, which opens at 9:00 on 28 August via the Van Cleef & Arpels website.
The Van Cleef & Arpels gelato cart operates Monday to Friday from 14:00 to 17:00 and weekends from 10:00 to 13:00, offering free gelato upon completion of the digital experience, subject to daily allocation.
