For one exciting week, Ashburton Village transforms into a vibrant celebration of health, happiness, and community spirit. This free, family-friendly event invites you to enjoy a variety of activities designed to get everyone moving, learning, and connecting.
The kickoff on Saturday 14 March from 13:00 to 16:00 offers smoothie bikes where you can pedal-power your own healthy drink, movement and sport activities to get active, skill stations with friendly competitions, and creative craft stations perfect for kids. The atmosphere is buzzing and welcoming, making it a perfect way to spend a Saturday afternoon in your local neighbourhood.
Throughout the week, local health and wellbeing businesses showcase their offerings at a mini expo. You can meet passionate practitioners, discover new products and services, and enjoy special offers and giveaways.

The event runs from Saturday 14 March to Saturday 21 March 2026. Key activities include trial classes and exclusive promotions from local wellness businesses across Ashburton.
Scheduled classes include Tai Chi on Monday 16 March from 11:15 to 12:15, Yoga Pilates on Tuesday 17 March from 10:45 to 11:45, Yoga for All on Wednesday 18 March from 09:30 to 10:30, Ageless Grace sessions on Wednesday 18 March and Thursday 19 March, Outer Strength, Inner Calm – Yoga for Men on Wednesday 18 March from 12:00 to 13:00, and Yin Yoga on Friday 20 March from 10:45 to 11:45.
