What to Expect
Voice Gym offers a welcoming and supportive environment for seniors to strengthen their voices through science-based exercises. This small group class is designed for men and women in retirement who want to feel stronger, clearer, and more confident when speaking. The sessions include light-hearted singing, simple calling activities, and shared sound exercises, all in a relaxed and fun atmosphere.
Activity Details
The classes are held on the first and third Friday of each month from 14:00 to 15:00. Led by Madeleine Swan, a singer and speech pathologist with specialist training in voice, the sessions are seated and accessible. No singing experience is required, and the focus is on practical voice strengthening rather than choir singing.
