Experience a calming and welcoming mindfulness session designed to enhance your wellbeing. This event introduces mindfulness practices that can help reduce stress, improve focus, and support emotional balance in daily life.
Led by Fiona Kriaris, a trained mindfulness facilitator with over a decade of health and fitness experience, the session includes a short guided meditation and practical tips you can apply immediately.
Whether you are new to mindfulness or looking to deepen your practice, this session invites you to come as you are and engage in a supportive environment.
This one-hour session will cover the basics of mindfulness and its benefits for mental and emotional health. You will learn evidence-based strategies and have dedicated time to ask questions.
The discussion is general and not a substitute for individualized clinical care, focusing on tips for a healthy lifestyle.
No prior experience is necessary, making it accessible for all adults interested in wellbeing.
