Fear and anxiety are common emotions in children, but sometimes worries can feel overwhelming for both kids and their parents. This engaging session offers a safe space for parents and carers to explore these feelings and learn helpful strategies to support their children. Facilitated by ParentZone, the event is designed to empower families with practical tools and reassurance.
You can expect a warm, welcoming environment where you can share experiences and gain insights into managing childhood worries. The session is part of the Promisetown Playgroup, making it a great opportunity to connect with other local families.
This workshop runs for 1.5 hours and is suitable for parents and carers of school-aged children who may be experiencing anxiety or excessive worrying. The session will cover:
