Activity Details
This is a free 10-week workshop held every Friday from 10:00 to 12:00, starting on September 18, 2026, and concluding on November 13, 2026.
The sessions include art creation combined with mindfulness exercises, group dynamics, and opportunities for personal reflection and connection.
The workshop is suitable for women of all ages and artistic abilities, making it an inclusive and welcoming experience.
