Participants will learn proper boxing techniques guided by a professional facilitator from Reclink. The sessions focus on body fitness, self-defence, control, and resilience building. Each week, girls will engage in activities that promote confidence and mental wellbeing while connecting with peers.

The program runs over four consecutive Fridays, each session lasting 45 minutes from 15:45 to 16:30. It is tailored specifically for young females aged 13 to 17 years. Bookings are essential as walk-ins are not accepted.
