Experience a vibrant week filled with exciting activities designed especially for young people aged 12 to 24. Shellharbour City Council’s Community Programs team has curated a diverse lineup to inspire creativity, fitness, and practical skills.
Dive into dance classes tailored for different age groups, learn essential life-saving skills in a first aid course, explore the art of DJing, and get active with boxing and kickboxing sessions. For those with a sweet tooth, there’s a cupcake decorating workshop, and for fun seekers, an energetic Flip Out trampoline session.
Each activity is crafted to be engaging and inclusive, offering young people a chance to connect, learn, and have fun during Youth Week. Whether your child is into arts, fitness, or practical skills, there’s something to spark their interest.
- Dance Classes: Thursday 16 April at 10:00 for ages 12-14 and 15-17
- First Aid Course: Saturday 18 April at 09:00 for ages 16-24
- DJ Workshop: Sunday 19 April at 10:00 for ages 16-24
- Boxing Class: Monday 20 April at 06:00 for ages 12-24
- Kick Boxing Class: Tuesday 21 April at 17:00 for ages 12-14
- Cupcake Decorating Workshop: Wednesday 22 April at 17:00 for ages 12-14
- Flip Out Fun: Friday 24 April at 17:30 for ages 12-15
Each session is free and designed to provide a safe, supportive environment for young people to explore new interests.
All activities are hosted by Shellharbour City Council, located in Shellharbour, NSW. Venues are accessible by public transport and have facilities to accommodate young participants comfortably.

Activities are free but designed for specific age groups, so please ensure your child fits the age criteria for each event.
