Bring your child's creativity to life with this engaging 3D modelling workshop using TinkerCAD, a beginner-friendly digital design tool. Kids aged 7-12 will learn how to manipulate shapes and progress to more complex modelling techniques, sparking their imagination and technical skills.
This hands-on session encourages exploration and innovation, perfect for young minds curious about digital creation. The workshop is designed to be fun and educational, providing a supportive environment for children to develop new skills.
Parents can feel confident knowing their children are guided by experienced facilitators in a safe and welcoming library setting.
The workshop runs for 1.5 hours, including 10 minutes for arrival and 10 minutes for pack up. It takes place on Wednesday, 4 March 2026, from 16:00 to 17:30.
Registration is required, with a limit of one registration per day for programs with multiple sessions. The program is free of charge, making it accessible to all families.
Children must be aged between 7 and 12 years, and guardians of children under 12 are required to remain on the library premises during the session. Guardians must be at least 16 years old.
The workshop is held at Lab.LX within Whitlam Library Cabramatta, located at 165 Railway Parade, Cabramatta NSW 2166.
The library is easily accessible and provides a welcoming space for families. Parking and public transport options are available nearby.
This central location in Cabramatta makes it convenient for families in the Fairfield City area to attend.
Participants are encouraged to be library members; membership is free and open to everyone. Guardians must supervise children under 12 throughout the program.
The facilitators maintain a respectful and positive environment, and inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated. Photography may occur for promotional purposes; notify staff if you do not consent.
Workshops may be rescheduled or cancelled due to low enrolment or unforeseen circumstances, with notifications sent via email. Please cancel bookings if unable to attend to free spots for others.
