Activity Details

The experience runs for approximately 60 to 90 minutes, allowing visitors to fully enjoy each interactive room at their own pace. It is suitable for all ages, with children under 2 admitted free and those under 17 required to be accompanied by an adult. Virtual reality is available for guests aged 8 and above, adding an extra layer of immersive fun.

The venue is indoors and air-conditioned, ensuring comfort regardless of the weather. Socks are required inside the ballpit, and there is no specific dress code, though care is advised on mirror floors. Food and beverages, including vegan and gluten-free options, are available for purchase on site.

Bubble Planet is located at the Paddington Pavilion, Olympic Blvd, Sydney Olympic Park. The venue is wheelchair accessible, though some areas involve stairs and may be less suited for those with physical access needs. Parking is available nearby, and the venue welcomes service animals but not pets.

The exhibit is stroller-unfriendly, so plan accordingly. Restrooms and coat check facilities are available, and staff are on hand to assist with any accessibility or allergy concerns, including latex allergies.

Tickets can be purchased online via the Fever App or website, with a box office onsite for last-minute purchases, though advance booking is recommended to secure your spot. Tickets are non-transferable, and refunds are not generally allowed except as required by law. Date changes are possible up to 48 hours before the scheduled visit.

The experience includes strobe lighting and is a walkthrough format with some seating available for breaks. Photography is encouraged but professional equipment is prohibited. Guests requiring carers can obtain a free pass for their assistant.
