The experience runs for approximately 60 to 90 minutes, allowing visitors to fully enjoy each interactive room at their own pace. It is suitable for all ages, with children under 2 admitted free and those under 17 required to be accompanied by an adult. Virtual reality is available for guests aged 8 and above, adding an extra layer of immersive fun.
The venue is indoors and air-conditioned, ensuring comfort regardless of the weather. Socks are required inside the ballpit, and there is no specific dress code, though care is advised on mirror floors. Food and beverages, including vegan and gluten-free options, are available for purchase on site.
