What to Expect

Families will have the chance to connect with others while children engage in creative and educational fun. The sessions are perfect for Burmese ethnic families with children aged 0 to 5 years but are open to all.

Activity Details
This weekly program runs every Wednesday morning from 10:00 to 11:30 AM, including school holidays but excluding public holidays. No bookings are required; just come along and join the fun.
The sessions are hosted by early childhood professionals and include storytelling, music, craft activities, and play that encourage learning and social interaction.
The program is a partnership between Maroondah City Council, Ringwood Church of Christ, and the Victorian Government, ensuring a supportive and inclusive environment.

The sessions take place at the Croydon Community Hub, located at Unit 4, 7 Civic Square, Croydon 3136. This accessible venue is easy to reach and offers a safe, child-friendly space for families to gather.

Important Information
The program is free of charge and designed specifically for Burmese ethnic families with children aged 0 to 5 years, though all families are welcome.
Sessions will be conducted in Burmese dialects as well as English to support bilingual learning and cultural connection.
Please note the group does not meet on public holidays.
