Booking a sports field or pavilion is now simpler than ever. You can browse available facilities, check real-time availability, and submit your booking request online. The Leisure and Recreation team will review your request and confirm your booking via email, ensuring a smooth experience.
Bookings are generally available Monday to Friday between 09:00 and 15:00, with some flexibility outside these hours depending on other bookings and seasonal requirements. The fields are managed according to sporting seasons: Winter runs from 1 April to 30 September, and Summer from 1 October to 30 March.
- Bookings must be made at least 10 days in advance.
- You can book up to six months ahead to secure your preferred dates.
- Fees may apply; detailed fee schedules are available in the provided documents.
- The platform supports both casual and seasonal bookings.
The sports fields and pavilions are located throughout the Whitehorse City Council area, including Nunawading and surrounding suburbs. Facilities are accessible for community groups, schools, and sporting clubs, providing a range of options to suit your event needs.
