The trail stretches approximately 37km, with 8km located within the City of Marion. It starts at Marino Rocks station and travels through Hallett Cove, Reynella, Morphett Vale, Hackham, Seaford Rise, and McLaren Vale before reaching Willunga.

Please note horses are not permitted on the trail within the City of Marion. Cyclists should give way to pedestrians and keep to the left to ensure everyone's safety.
The trail begins at Marino Rocks station, easily accessible by public transport. It follows the original rail corridor alongside Cove Road and crosses several key roads including Lonsdale Highway, Berrima Road, Young Street, and South Road.
The trail is well signposted and maintained, with multiple access points along the route. Family-friendly parks and reserves along the way provide excellent rest stops and picnic spots.
Parking is available near major access points, and the trail is suitable for all skill levels, making it perfect for school-aged children and their parents.
To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all:

- Horses are not allowed within the City of Marion section
