The Community Connections Program offers compassionate support to individuals experiencing or at risk of homelessness. Friendly case managers are available to help navigate complex care needs related to physical disabilities, mental health, chronic illness, or substance dependence. This welcoming service is designed to provide practical assistance and connection to vital resources.
You can simply drop in during the scheduled hours—no booking required. Whether you need advice, referrals, or just someone to listen, the team is here to help you find stability and access essential services.
This program is ideal for anyone living in low-cost or insecure accommodation within Kingston or Bayside, offering a safe space to discuss your needs confidentially.
The program runs every Thursday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, starting 7 May 2026 through to 17 December 2026. Each session is staffed by experienced case managers who specialize in assisting people with complex care needs.
No appointment is necessary; just pop in during the opening hours. Occasionally, case managers may not be on-site, but reception staff will ensure you are connected via phone or email.
This service is completely free, making it accessible to all who need support without financial barriers.
The program is held at the Clarinda Community Centre, located at 58B Viney Street, Clarinda 3169. The venue is accessible and welcoming, situated within the local community.
