The Heartfulness meditation sessions are held twice weekly on Wednesdays from 17:45 to 18:45 and Sundays from 10:00 to 11:00, Queensland time. There are no fees to attend, making it accessible to everyone interested in improving their mental wellbeing.
The practice focuses on relaxation and stress management, using heart-based meditation techniques that are easy to learn and integrate into daily life. Sessions are suitable for adults and older children accompanied by parents.
You will be guided through meditation exercises that promote calmness, clarity, and emotional balance, helping you to rejuvenate your mind and body.
