Join author Kate Foster for a lively and interactive writing workshop designed especially for young storytellers. This engaging session encourages children to explore creative writing by focusing on how to increase stakes and obstacles in their stories, helping them develop strong character agency.
Children will participate in a variety of imaginative scenarios that challenge them to think critically about their characters and plot development. Each participant will receive a workbook to take home, allowing them to continue their creative journey beyond the workshop. This event is perfect for budding writers aged 6 to 12 and requires adult accompaniment.
