Activity Details
Arrive by 6:15am to settle in and leave your belongings safely inside. Meditation starts promptly at 6:30am on the beach, followed by yoga and breathwork at 6:40am indoors. At 7:20am, enjoy a swim, and by 7:30am, wrap up and head across the road for coffee and social time.
No prior yoga experience is necessary; all practices are guided and accessible. Bring your yoga mat, towel, swimmers, water bottle, and a positive spirit. Dress comfortably in layered gym clothes suitable for early morning activity.
The session lasts approximately one hour, making it an ideal early morning ritual to energize your day while supporting your mental and physical health.
Location and Access
Held at the South Melbourne Life Saving Club, 72B Beaconsfield Parade, Albert Park, VIC 3206, this picturesque location offers stunning beach views and easy access. Whether you drive, bike, walk, or take public transport, the venue is convenient and welcoming.
The club provides a safe space to store your belongings during the session. After the swim, enjoy community time at a nearby café just across the road, perfect for socializing and winding down.

Important Information
This event was created in response to mental health challenges during the pandemic, focusing on natural healing through community, breathwork, and movement. It promotes oxytocin, serotonin, endorphins, and dopamine release to uplift mood and reduce anxiety.
The class is donation-based with a suggested minimum of $15 to support sustainability and give back 30% to the South Melbourne Life Saving Volunteers. Contributions between $10-$30 are welcomed, and hardship cases can access the class as a gift upon request.
