Each session is led by experienced guides from Royal Botanic Gardens Victoria, In My Nature, and the International Nature and Forest Therapy Alliance (INFTA). The program focuses on sensory awareness and creative engagement with the natural environment.
Location and Access
Meet at the Visitor Centre, Royal Botanic Gardens Melbourne, located on Birdwood Avenue. The gardens are open daily from 7:30am to 7:30pm, with the Visitor Centre open from 9:30am to 5pm.
The gardens are easily accessible by public transport and offer a serene setting in the heart of Melbourne, making it convenient for families and individuals alike.
