Experience a calming and restorative yoga workshop designed especially for frontline workers including healthcare professionals, paramedics, police, emergency services, military personnel, and veterans. The sessions are also open to the general public by donation, offering a welcoming space for all.
Classes are trauma aware and culturally informed, focusing on building resilience, strength, and connection. Whether you are a beginner or dealing with chronic stress, anxiety, or post-traumatic stress, these sessions provide clear instructions and a supportive environment.
Enjoy practicing yoga in the peaceful, air-conditioned auditorium of the Anzac Memorial, equipped with state-of-the-art facilities for your comfort.
The yoga classes are held every Tuesday from 17:30 to 18:30, running from 1 July 2025 through to 30 June 2026. Sessions are not held during school holiday periods, so please check ahead.
The classes are free for frontline workers, while the general public can join by donation. Bookings are essential to secure your place.
Mark, an experienced instructor, leads the sessions with a focus on mindfulness and wellbeing, ensuring a gentle yet effective practice suitable for all levels.
The classes take place inside the Anzac Memorial auditorium, located at the southern end of Hyde Park, Sydney NSW 2000. Entry is via Liverpool Street.
The venue is easily accessible and offers a tranquil setting away from the city bustle, perfect for unwinding after a busy day.
