The day is packed with engaging activities including soccer and basketball clinics led by professionals from Melbourne City Football Club, live music by the Amplify Youth Committee, and a delicious free BBQ to keep energy levels high.
This event is proudly created by young people, for young people, ensuring a vibrant and inclusive atmosphere where everyone can showcase their talents or simply have fun with friends.
The event runs from 12:00pm to 3:00pm on Wednesday, 2026-09-23, at the Springvale Community Hub. Activities start with open mic and sports registrations at 11:30am. From 12pm to 1pm, participants can join soccer and basketball clinics or enjoy DJ performances. A free BBQ lunch and open mic performances take place from 1pm to 2pm, followed by more sports clinics and DJ sets until 3pm.
Open mic performers can register online and will have up to five minutes on stage to showcase singing, rapping, spoken word, poetry, comedy, or instrumentals. Professional sound equipment and technicians will support performers.
Sports clinics welcome all skill levels and focus on skill-building, teamwork, and fun. Participants should wear comfortable, weather-appropriate clothing and enclosed footwear (no football boots with spikes) and bring a refillable water bottle.
