Activity Details
Join expert guides who will lead you through the forest trails, sharing insights about the Greater Glider’s habitat and the importance of wildlife corridors. Since 2020, BEAM has been conducting surveys to support the conservation of these species by linking forest areas.
Participants should wear comfortable walking shoes and weather-appropriate clothing. The walks cover natural terrain and involve night-time navigation, so a moderate level of fitness is recommended.
Location and Access
The event takes place in Mt Disappointment Forest and the western side of Tallarook Forest. The exact meeting location will be provided upon registration to ensure participant safety and preserve the environment.
These areas are accessible by car, and parking details will be included with your booking confirmation. Please plan your travel accordingly to arrive on time.
