This event takes place on Saturday, 21 March 2026, from 08:45 to 11:00, with the walk starting promptly at 09:00. The group size is limited to 15 participants to ensure a quality experience, so booking is essential.
Participants must reside within the Hawkesbury Local Government Area to attend. The walk will be guided using the Western Sydney Dry Rainforest booklet, which will be provided in hard copy, with an online version available for pre-event reading.
Please come prepared with sun protection, a broad brim hat, eye protection, long sleeves, and sturdy enclosed shoes. Insect repellent, personal water, snacks, and any necessary medical equipment such as Ventolin or an EpiPen are also recommended.
The walk will be held at Charles Kemp Reserve, located on Swallow Reach Place in Ebenezer. This natural reserve offers a pristine setting to explore the unique flora of the region.
The location is accessible by car, and participants are encouraged to arrive by 08:45 for registration and a prompt 09:00 start. Parking is available nearby.
