This full-day workshop runs from 09:45 to 15:00 and includes both informative presentations and hands-on learning opportunities. The class size is limited to 30 participants to ensure personalized attention.
Topics covered include species identification, common health issues, injury treatment, and legal considerations for wildlife carers. The session is led by experienced volunteers from the Save Our Wildlife Foundation Inc.
Please note that booking is essential, and tickets cost $35. Sales close at 12:00 pm the day before the event.
The workshop takes place at the Woorabinda Education Centre, located on Woorabinda Drive in Stirling, South Australia. This venue is accessible and situated within the beautiful Adelaide Hills region.
There is ample parking available, and the centre is easy to reach by car. Public transport options may be limited, so plan accordingly.
