This workshop offers an exciting introduction to karate and self-defense, designed especially for children aged 5 to 12 years. Kids will engage in fun, energetic activities that help build confidence, coordination, and fitness in a supportive environment. The workshop runs for one hour, from 10:00 to 11:00 on Saturday, 10 October 2026. It is suitable for children aged 5-12 years.
Participants should wear sports runners and comfortable sports clothing to move freely. Any medical conditions should be disclosed beforehand, and children with asthma must bring their inhaler.
Parents or carers are required to sign a participant waiver prior to the event to ensure safety and consent.
