What to Expect
Discover a peaceful pause from your busy life with Mindful Movement: Qigong at Hurstville Library. This beginner-friendly program introduces gentle, flowing movements combined with mindful breathing to help you relax and restore balance. Whether you’re new to Qigong or looking to deepen your practice, these sessions offer a welcoming environment for all experience levels.
Morning sessions energize and focus you for the day ahead, while evening sessions help you unwind and prepare for restful sleep. No special equipment is needed—just comfortable clothing and a water bottle.
Activity Details
Each session lasts one hour and is designed to be accessible and easy to continue at home. The program runs every Friday from 3 July to 24 July 2026, with morning sessions from 10:00 to 11:00 and evening sessions from 18:00 to 19:00. Spaces are limited, so booking is essential for each session you wish to attend.
All materials and equipment are provided, and late arrivals may be moved to a standby queue if necessary. Please cancel at least 3 hours before the session if you cannot attend to help others enjoy the program.

Important Information
Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a water bottle to stay hydrated. The library does not endorse any products used during the workshop. Arriving more than 10 minutes late may result in losing your spot to the standby queue.
