What to Expect
MyTime Việt offers a warm and welcoming community for Vietnamese-speaking parents and carers of children with disability, developmental delay, or neurodivergence. This informal peer group provides a relaxed space to connect, share experiences, and find support from others who truly understand your journey.
Sessions are facilitated in Vietnamese by Vy Phan, Plumtree’s Vietnamese Family Support Worker, and may include guest speakers or wellbeing activities chosen by the group. It’s a supportive break from appointments and therapy, focusing on your wellbeing and connection.
You’re welcome to join any session or specify preferences during registration, making it a flexible and inclusive space for all members.
