Activity Details
This program runs twice a week on Mondays, with each session lasting one hour from 13:00 to 14:00. Sessions are scheduled on 18 August, 25 August, 1 September, and 15 September 2025.
The exercises are chair-based, focusing on enhancing muscle strength and flexibility without the need to stand, which helps reduce the risk of falls.
