Sip a glass of wine or a non-alcoholic drink as you explore your creative side with watercolour painting. This workshop invites you to craft beautiful greeting cards featuring flowers grown from seeds available in our library's seed library, such as daisies and other garden favourites. Perfect for beginners, all materials are provided to ensure a stress-free, enjoyable experience.
You'll be guided step-by-step by Janet to create your own unique set of watercolour cards. Whether you want to keep them, gift them, or send them as thank-you notes, you'll leave with a lovely handmade set. Plus, you'll receive a packet of seeds to grow your own flowers at home, extending the joy beyond the workshop.
This adult-focused workshop requires no prior experience. All painting supplies are included, so just bring your enthusiasm. The session runs for 1.5 hours, providing ample time to relax, socialize, and create. Two sessions are available, both covering the same content, giving you flexibility to choose the best date.
Held at the Cove Civic Centre, a welcoming community venue easily accessible by public transport and with parking options nearby. The space is comfortable and conducive to creativity, making it an ideal spot for a relaxing evening activity.
Bookings are required to secure your spot, and the workshop is designed for adults. Please arrive a few minutes early to settle in. If you have any allergies or specific needs, contact the organisers ahead of time to ensure a smooth experience.
