Activity Details
Classes run every Monday and Tuesday from 18:00 to 19:00, starting Monday 2027-01-12 through Tuesday 2027-12-15. Please note there are no classes on specific public holidays and dates: 2027-01-26, 2027-04-06, 2027-06-08, 2027-08-03, and 2027-10-05. A pre-exercise health form is required before participation, and medical clearance is advised if you have any health concerns.
