Activity Details
Classes run weekly on Thursday mornings from 09:30 to 10:30, starting 23 April 2026 and continuing through to 25 June 2026. Each session includes progressive strength training exercises and balance activities designed to improve mobility and reduce fall risk.
The program is structured to gradually increase in intensity, helping participants build strength over time while accommodating individual needs.
Sessions are led by experienced instructors who provide guidance and modifications to suit all fitness levels.

The classes take place at Yarrunga Community Centre, located at 76-86 Croydon Hills Drive, Croydon Hills, 3136. The venue is accessible by public transport and offers ample parking for those driving.
Yarrunga Community Centre is a welcoming space with facilities designed to support community health and wellbeing programs.
