Join us for an exciting week-long drama workshop where students will dive into performing scenes from ATYP’s Foundation Commission play, Fight With All Your Might The Zombies Of Tonight. This engaging program is designed for children in Years 5-8 and offers a unique opportunity to develop acting skills in a supportive environment.

What to Expect

Students will experience the full rehearsal process, working closely with a professional director. They will engage in scene analysis, character development, blocking techniques, and ensemble work. The week culminates in a performance of selected scenes for family and friends, providing a rewarding and confidence-building experience.

Activity Details

The workshop runs from Monday to Friday during the school holidays, with daily sessions from 9:30am to 3:30pm. Aftercare is available Monday to Thursday until 5:00pm for an additional fee. This immersive program encourages creativity, teamwork, and a deeper understanding of theatre arts.

The workshop takes place at ATYP, located at Pier 2/3, 13A Hickson Road, Dawes Point, NSW, 2000, on Eora Country. The venue is accessible and well-equipped for young performers, providing a professional theatre environment in the heart of the city.

Important Information

Early bird pricing is available until Tuesday 10th June. A one-off booking fee applies to all purchases. Students should bring comfortable clothing suitable for movement and a packed lunch. This workshop is ideal for young people passionate about drama and theatre.

The early bird price is $475, increasing to $500 after 10th June. Aftercare is available for an additional $60. Payment options include full payment or deposit plus five installments. Secure your child's place early to avoid disappointment.
