The competition runs over a 16-week season, including finals, providing plenty of action and opportunities to improve your skills.
Matches are best of 3 sets, played to 25 points, with each match lasting approximately 45 minutes plus a 10-minute warm-up.
Game times vary between 13:00 and 20:00 on Sundays, allowing flexibility for players.
Teams are encouraged to wear matching uniforms except for the libero, promoting team spirit and identity.
