Enjoy a variety of live science shows including the energetic Let’s Go! Science Show featuring everyday items and a liquid nitrogen finale. Meet Winny, the museum’s resident dinosaur, and chat with real scientists from the Australian Museum Research Institute. There are over 15 interactive activities, including hands-on experiments, cultural tours, and creative workshops like traditional Māori weaving.
The event runs on Saturday 15 August 2026 with sessions throughout the day. Highlights include:

- Science Showcase with live Q&A at 11:15, 12:30, 14:30, and 15:45
