Immerse your child in a magical holiday workshop where storytelling and music come alive. Designed for children in Kindergarten to Year 2, this engaging program nurtures creativity and performance skills in a supportive environment.
What to Expect
Participants will explore how to craft original stories and bring them to life through music and drama. Led by a professional artist, children will be inspired by the Australian Chamber Orchestra’s live performance of The Princess, The Pea (and The Brave Escapee). The workshop culminates in a performance for family and friends where imagination and music unite.
Activity Details
The workshop runs over two days, Monday 14th to Tuesday 15th July, from 9:30am to 3:30pm. It includes a ticket to the ACO production and an opportunity to watch the live show next door. Aftercare is available until 5:00pm on Monday for an additional fee. A one-off booking fee applies to all purchases.
Location and Access
Held at ATYP, Pier 2/3, 13A Hickson Road, Dawes Point, NSW, 2000, on Eora Country. The venue is accessible and located in a central area, making it easy for families to attend.
Important Information
Early bird pricing is available until Tuesday 10th June. The final performance is scheduled for 3:00pm on Tuesday 15th July. Parents should note the additional cost for aftercare and booking fees. This workshop is ideal for children who love storytelling, music, and theatre.
