The event runs from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM on Saturday, 11 July 2026. Coaching sessions are scheduled throughout the morning:
- 9:00 AM: Red and Orange levels
- 10:00 AM: Red, Orange, and Green levels, Wheelchair tennis, Pickleball session, Blind/Low Vision tennis
- 11:00 AM: Yellow, Green, and Cardio Tennis levels
- 12:00 PM: Competition grading
All skill levels are welcome, and free coaching is available to help participants improve their game and have fun.
The event takes place at Blacktown Tennis Centre Stanhope, located at the corner of Stanhope Parkway and Sentry Drive, Stanhope Gardens, NSW 2768. The venue is easily accessible by car and offers ample parking.
Blacktown Tennis Centre is a family-friendly facility with multiple courts and amenities to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience for all attendees.
