Activity Details
This is a free, seven-week course running weekly on Saturdays with each session from 10:00 to 12:00. It is structured so busy parents can plan ahead and attend each session without disrupting weekend family routines.
The course covers both theory and practice: mental preparedness, simple practical moves, and partner drills to build muscle memory. Tea and coffee are provided afterwards so attendees can network and debrief in a relaxed setting.
Participants are encouraged to wear comfortable exercise clothes and bring a water bottle. No prior martial arts experience is required; the focus is on accessible, effective self-defence and increasing everyday confidence.
