The sessions are carefully structured to ensure a low-stimulation environment. There will be no music or announcements, and radio and phone volumes are kept to a minimum. During these times, no aquatic or fitness classes, including Learn to Swim lessons, are scheduled to maintain a calm atmosphere.

Standard casual entry fees apply to attend these sessions. The swim is scheduled on Sundays from 10:30 to 12:30 on the following dates: May 17, 24, 31 and June 7, 14, 21, 2026. It is recommended to arrive early to settle in and enjoy the calm environment.
