Activity Details
This class runs weekly on Mondays from 10:00 to 11:00 AM. Each session focuses on weight-bearing exercises that promote bone density and muscle strength. Caroline will guide you through every movement, allowing you to work at a comfortable pace.
New participants are required to complete a registration form and pay a compulsory $5 annual enrolment fee. The casual session cost is $14, or you can opt for a Trimester 1 package of 11 sessions for $110.
